Build me a simple AI analyst starter for the NovaMart bootcamp, something that can look at the course data and help me ask useful business questions in plain English.

I want the project to work with Claude Code, use the persona in CLAUDE.md, and include the starter skills and the example data explorer agent so I can ask things like conversion rate by device, best acquisition channels, and how NPS changes between customer groups.

Please set it up so it feels like a real working analyst workflow, with clear instructions, a good first run experience, and a clean place to add more agents and analysis tools later. If anything is unclear, check the docs in the repo and look up current Claude Code docs online if you need to.

Keep it simple and beginner friendly, but make sure the structure is solid enough that I can build on it as I go through the bootcamp.
