Build me a polished AI hiring platform called HireSignal that helps a company go from candidate application to hiring decision in one place. I want a public jobs area where candidates can browse roles, apply, and track their status, plus a recruiter side with login, dashboard, jobs, scheduling, candidate pipeline, and reports.

The core flow should be this, a candidate uploads a resume, the system parses it and scores fit against the job, then eligible candidates can be scheduled for a four round AI voice interview covering intro, technical, behavioral, and HR. During the interview, show a clean interview room with live conversation, round progress, transcript, and timer. After each interview, generate a detailed assessment report with per round scoring, strengths, weaknesses, hire or no hire recommendation, and suggested salary range.
