Build me a small Node package that makes it easy to bring a collection of Claude skills into any project without having to hunt them down one by one.

I want it to install cleanly, copy the skill folders into the host project, and keep everything organized so each skill has its own folder with a SKILL.md plus any scripts or assets it needs. It should also be able to generate any missing index files and package files for the skills automatically, so the whole set stays consistent and easy to update.

Please include a simple build and install flow, and make sure the package is set up so new skills can be added later by following the same pattern. If you need to check the latest docs or best practices for Node packaging, feel free to look them up online.
