Build me a clean NixOS and Home Manager setup for my machine.

I want one flake based config that lets me manage my system and my user setup in one place, with a simple split between host settings, shared modules, programs, and any custom packages I might need. Keep it easy to read and easy to add new machines later. I should be able to install my normal apps, shell tools, and personal config from this repo, then switch everything with one command.

Please make it feel like a solid starter setup, not something overcomplicated. If you need to check current Nix or Home Manager docs online to make sure the structure is correct, go ahead. Use sensible defaults, keep the files organized, and make sure the flake, host config, and home config all work together without extra manual cleanup.
