Reverse engineered prompt
Build me a Windows 10 and 11 desktop app called Foglight, a portable single exe that opens a native desktop window and gives me a dense live situation room for what is happening around the world. I want it to run locally with no install, no account, and no need for Python or Docker on the user’s machine, with a browser fallback if the native window cannot start.
The app should show a dark world map with overlays for things like earthquakes, severe weather, major hazards, conflict activity, and the ISS, plus optional layers for fires, flights, and ships when keys are added. Around that, add live panels for quake feeds, weather alerts, humanitarian reports, conflict and news wires, markets and Bitcoin, GitHub, SEC filings, Wikipedia edits, Hacker News, Reddit, and a rolling RSS ticker. Include live news video embeds with a fallback link if embeds are blocked.
Please add local settings for panel visibility, watchlists, custom RSS feeds, optional API keys, and ambient audio cues, and keep all state stored locally. Look up current docs online if you need to.
