Build me a Discord bot library that lets me create AI personas for community engagement and moderation.

I want the bot to quietly watch messages, decide if something is worth replying to, classify what the message is about, and then answer in a natural voice only when it actually adds value. It should feel like a real community member, not a spammy bot. Please make it easy to plug in different behaviors with simple functions, so I can write my own filter, classification, policy, and response logic.

Also make the persona easy to edit with markdown files for identity, personality, and knowledge, so I can change how it talks without touching the code. If it helps, include support for storing message history locally and letting the bot look up past context when needed.

Use TypeScript, keep it clean and reusable, and make it something I can either install as a library or run as the base for my own Discord bot. Look up current docs online if you need to.
