Build me a browser extension and userscript like MAL Sync. I want it to connect my MyAnimeList, AniList, Kitsu, or Simkl account with anime streaming and manga reading sites, then automatically update my progress when I watch an episode or read a chapter.

The main idea is that my anime or manga list becomes one central bookmark system. When I open a supported site like Crunchyroll, Netflix, MangaDex, MangaPlus, Plex, Emby, Jellyfin, or similar pages, it should recognize the title, show my current list status, and let me update or sync progress without leaving the site. It should also avoid updating by accident, for example only tracking after enough of an episode or chapter was actually watched or read.

Please include a clean popup or settings area where I can choose my tracking service, manage login, turn tracking on or off per site, and see sync status. Keep it practical and easy to use. Look up current browser extension and userscript docs online if you need to.
