akeneo/pim-community-standard ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want a local Akeneo PIM Community Edition project set up from this repo so I can manage a product catalog on my machine. Please get it running the simplest way, preferably with Docker, and make sure it starts cleanly on localhost:8080 with the default admin login working. If anything in this repo is just a starter for creating the real app, go ahead and generate whatever is needed in the current folder and finish the setup.

If Docker is not the best path in this environment, use the non Docker install and wire up the needed database and search settings in the environment file so it still works. Once it is up, leave me with clear run and stop commands, plus a very short note on where to log in and any first steps I should take. If you need current install details, check the official Akeneo docs online and use the version this repo is meant for.
