Build me an Excel based purchase order and delivery exception analyzer that I can refresh with one click.

I want it to generate a realistic set of purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices with a few built in problems like missing approvals, missing receipts, late deliveries, quantity mismatches, price differences, and duplicate billing. Then load that data into a workbook, reconcile everything by PO number, and flag the exceptions clearly in a master sheet.

Please also add a simple dashboard that shows the main issue counts and lets me filter by vendor and order month. A chart for the biggest exception types would be great too. If possible, make the workbook refresh the data, recalculate the checks, and update the dashboard automatically from a button. If you need to check current Excel or Python guidance online, go ahead.
