akshat-aetroiddestroyer/akshat-portfolio ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a cinematic personal portfolio website for a developer, with a dark polished look and smooth scroll based storytelling. I want a landing page that feels impressive right away, with a loading moment, a strong hero section, and a real time 3D avatar that moves a bit with the mouse. As the user scrolls, the page should reveal sections like about me, what I do, experience, projects, tech stack, and contact, with nice animated transitions and a premium feel.

Include a project showcase area that can display multiple projects with images, and make it feel interactive instead of static. I also want a small playable chess game built into the site, plus a simple chatbot style section that lets visitors interact with me in a fun way. Make it fully responsive so it still looks great on mobile, and keep the content easy to update from one central config file. If you need current docs for any animation or 3D details, look them up online first.
