Build me a simple web app called DevTinder where developers can create a profile, browse other people’s profiles, and connect with someone they like.

I want the main flow to feel easy and friendly, with sign up, login, a home feed of developer cards, profile details, and basic actions like send request, accept, reject, and see your pending connections. Please include a clean dashboard for the logged in user, a way to edit profile info, and sensible empty states and error messages.
