Build me a polished admin dashboard app that I can use as a starting point for a real product.

I want it to have a clean sidebar and top bar, a main dashboard page, a bunch of useful admin screens, and a solid authentication flow with login and account handling. It should feel responsive on desktop and mobile, work well in light and dark styles, and let me switch themes easily without breaking the layout.
