Reverse engineered prompt

Build me an Android app that turns the phone into a webcam for my computer over my local network.

I want a clean, modern app with a simple setup screen where I can pick the front, back, or external camera, choose the resolution, FPS, and JPEG quality, then start streaming on a local HTTP address. It should support MJPEG, and if possible an experimental H.264 stream too, so I can use it in OBS, a browser, or pipe it into ffmpeg and v4l2 on Linux. Keep it running in the background, make it reconnect smoothly if the client drops, and let me change the port.

Also add useful camera controls like zoom, flash, brightness on supported devices, anti flicker, noise reduction, and video stabilization. I want power saving options like auto dimming, screen lock when dimmed, and a keep awake mode. Use a clean Material You look with dark mode and a few language options. If you need to, look up current Android docs online while building it.
