Build me a simple multiplatform app called Olcbox that acts as a configurator and controller for an olcrtc client. I want it to run on Android, iPhone, and desktop, with the same basic UI and settings everywhere, and desktop support for macOS, Windows, and Linux.

The app should let me save connection profiles, pick an active location, import configs from a file or clipboard, export them back out, and start or stop the tunnel with one tap while showing live relay status. Include provider options like Jazz, Telemost, WB Stream, and Jitsi, plus transport choices like DataChannel, VP8, and SEI. I also want VP8 tuning controls, connectivity checks for each location, a diagnostics log screen with export, and reconnect or watchdog behavior so it can recover if the network changes.

On Android, include proxy and VPN style modes, SOCKS5 login fields, and split tunneling. Keep it clearly marked as alpha and for development, testing, and research only. If anything is unclear, look up current docs online and make reasonable choices.
