Build me a FiveM vehicle customization resource like Popcornrp Customs that uses ox_lib and works well as a replacement for the usual customs script.

I want players to be able to take their vehicle into a custom shop and change common car options like paint, tires, and other upgrades, with prices shown clearly before they confirm. Make the camera feel good, let people drag it around and zoom in and out, and include the air wrench sound when a change is applied. Add support for free EMS and police customization, and make it easy to turn certain options on or off in a config file, including changing prices and shop locations.

Please also add an admin only customs menu at /admincustoms. It should be easy to drop into a server and work without needing a specific framework, as long as ox_lib is installed. If you need to check current ox_lib docs or FiveM best practices, go ahead and look them up online.
