Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a Python tool for game sprite generation that takes one character drawing and turns it into clean, game ready assets.

I want it to be able to make a transparent sprite atlas from a single image, with separate motion states, real alpha cleanup, a simple manifest that tells a game engine where every frame is, and optional looping animations from video clips. It should keep the character looking consistent from frame to frame, stay aligned to the grid, and avoid messy backgrounds or drifting poses.

If there’s already a workflow for reviewing and curating frames before export, include that too so I can compare frames, reject bad ones, and save the final version cleanly.

Please make it work as a command line tool first, and keep the output easy to use in a game project. If anything important is unclear, check the current docs online and follow the existing repo style.
