Build me a Discord bot for Vinted that can watch listings with almost no delay and post new items into Discord channels.

I want it to be simple to install and run with Node, and I should be able to set my Discord token in a config file and choose the target channels in a separate channels file. The bot should connect to Discord, keep checking Vinted using the catalog route, and send a clean message when it finds something new that matches the search. If possible, make it easy to add or change searches later without touching the code too much.
