Help me take this hobby x86 operating system and make it feel like a solid working demo that boots cleanly in QEMU.

Keep the existing structure and low level style, but finish any obvious gaps, especially the early filesystem stubs, so the kernel can do something useful after booting. I want the build to work from a normal make run, the system to boot reliably through GRUB, and the core pieces like console output, interrupts, keyboard input, memory management, scheduling, and IPC to stay stable. If you find missing glue or broken code, fix it in the simplest way that fits the project.

Please also clean up anything needed so it is easier to understand and run, and update any docs or notes if that helps. Look up current docs online if you need to.
