Build me a self hosted web app for tracking my home internet quality over time. I want it to automatically run speed tests on a schedule, store the results, and show a clean dashboard where I can see download speed, upload speed, ping, packet loss, uptime, and historical trends.
It should make it easy to spot when my connection gets worse, and let me set thresholds so I can get notifications if speeds drop too low or the connection seems unstable. I also want basic settings for scheduling tests, managing notifications, and choosing a language since multi language support would be great.
Please make it something I can run in Docker without a lot of setup, with sensible defaults and a polished UI that works well on desktop and mobile. If there are existing docs or best practices for internet speed testing and notifications, feel free to look them up online and wire things up in a practical way.
