Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a small library for cinematic hero sections and presentation decks that turns text, images, SVG paths, or simple shapes into thousands of ink like particles on a canvas.

I want the particles to start as dust, then gather into a word, image, chart, or abstract form, and be able to morph between several stages on a timeline. It should feel like warm ink on paper, not a flashy neon effect, and it should tilt in 3D toward the cursor when possible. Please make it work with a single script, with no framework or extra dependency needed.

Also include a simple way to hand off to real readable page text for accessibility, plus a reduced motion fallback for mobile and users who prefer less motion. I’d like a small demo page where I can try text, images, particle shape, count, and seed, and a couple of example deck pages showing the effect in action. If you need to, look up the latest docs for any browser APIs online.
