Build me a local first Chrome extension that acts like a browser agent.

I want to be able to type a plain English task in a side panel, like finding information across websites, comparing sources, or extracting data into a table, and have it run inside my regular Chrome browser using my own login sessions and cookies. It should let me connect my own model with an API key, keep task data local, and show clear progress so I can watch what it is doing and step in if needed.

Please make it support research style tasks with sources, tables, files, and short reports, and make it easy to reuse a successful workflow as a saved skill. If it makes sense, include a way for other coding agents to trigger tasks through the CLI or MCP too. Build the main extension experience and a simple website or landing page that explains how to use it. Look up current docs online if you need to.
