Build me a privacy focused mobile app called Off Grid that lets someone use AI on their phone or Mac without sending their data away.

I want a friendly onboarding flow where the user can download or import a local model, then chat with it like a normal assistant. The app should support local text chat, streaming replies, markdown, voice input with on device transcription, image generation from a prompt, and camera vision where the user can ask questions about what they see. Let users attach PDFs, text files, CSVs, and code files to a conversation so the assistant can answer questions about them.

Please also include a simple model manager, project knowledge base, settings for privacy and storage, and an option to connect to an OpenAI compatible server on the local network.
