Build me a clean, friendly macOS app like AppCleaner called Pearcleaner. I want it to help people fully uninstall apps by dragging an app in, choosing it from a list or grid, then showing all the leftover files it found so the user can review and delete them safely.

It should feel native on macOS using Swift and SwiftUI, support macOS 13 and newer, and explain when it needs Full Disk Access or a privileged helper for protected folders. Include search settings so users can include or exclude folders and adjust how aggressive the cleanup search is.

Please also add useful tools from the same app, like finding orphaned files, managing Homebrew items, pkg files, plugins, services, app updates, removing unused app languages, slimming universal apps, exporting file lists, and basic Steam game cleanup. Add a lightweight background monitor that notices when apps are moved to Trash and offers cleanup, plus a Finder right click uninstall option, themes, and a self uninstall option.
