Build me a simple web app for tracking ATC position logs. I want something clean and easy to use where someone can add a log entry with the date, time, controller name or initials, the position worked, and any notes. It should show the saved entries in a clear list or table, let me edit or delete them, and make it easy to filter or search by date and position so I can quickly find old records.

Please make the interface feel lightweight and practical, more like a tool than a fancy landing page. A small summary section would be nice too, like how many logs were added today or this week. If possible, keep the data saved in the browser so it still works without setting up a backend yet. Add sensible form validation and empty states so it feels polished.
