Build me a reproducible agent based economy simulator with a web dashboard where I can watch a little city of citizens, firms, banks, markets, and institutions evolve over time.

I want to be able to start a world locally, keep it paused, step through days, run it continuously, and inspect what happened in a replayable way. The economy should be deterministic where it matters, with every money movement going through a proper ledger so I can trust the records. It should support simple scripted agents out of the box, but also leave room for optional local or hosted model driven agents later.

Please include an observatory style UI where I can click into people, firms, banks, news, policy, and events, then compare live runs and experiments like a rumor shock versus a control. Save artifacts for runs and experiments so I can review results afterward. If you need current docs for FastAPI or React patterns, look them up online.
