Build me a web admin panel for Sing Box and SagerNet that lets me manage multiple proxy inbounds and clients from one place.

I want a clean dashboard where I can add and edit connections, see traffic usage, active clients, system status, and set limits like expiration dates and data caps. It should support common proxy types like VLESS, VMess, Trojan, Shadowsocks, Hysteria, Hysteria2, TUIC, Naive, ShadowTLS, plus basic mixed, socks, http, direct, redirect, and transparent proxy options.

Please include a subscriptions page that can generate share links and JSON or Clash style output, and an API so other tools can talk to it. Make it multilingual, support dark and light mode, and keep the layout simple enough for everyday use. If you need to check current docs for Sing Box or related libraries, go ahead and look them up online. I’d like it to run on Linux and Windows, and if possible, make it easy to start with Docker too.
