Build me an open source Claude Code Skill Factory that helps people quickly create Claude skills, custom coding agents, slash commands, hooks, and reusable LLM prompts without starting from scratch.

I want it to feel like a guided toolkit. A user should be able to type things like “I want to build something” or use commands like /build skill, /build agent, /build prompt, and /build hook, then get asked a few simple questions and receive a clean, ready to use output. Include example skills, example agents, prompt templates, hook templates, validation steps, install instructions, and clear documentation so someone can copy the results into Claude Code.

Please include a prompt factory with lots of professional role prompt presets, a way to validate and package generated skills, and guidance for syncing Claude instructions with Codex style agent docs. Keep it organized, practical, and easy for a developer to extend. Look up current Anthropic Claude Code docs online if you need to.
