I want to build a comprehensive library of skills and plugins for an AI coding assistant like Claude, Cursor, or Gemini. The goal is to package up expert knowledge from all across a company so I can make my AI much more useful for specific tasks.

It should have a huge engineering section with skills for architecture, DevOps, security audits, and testing. But it needs to go beyond just code. I also want it to have skills for product managers, a full marketing team (think SEO, content creation, and growth hacking), project management, and even complex regulatory and compliance tasks like GDPR. It would also be great to include a set of "C-level advisor" skills, so the AI can think like a CTO or CFO.

Basically, I want to create a massive, organized collection of expert personas and workflows that can be installed into different AI coding tools to make them way smarter out of the box.
