Build me a Claude Code plugin in Python that helps people improve their documentation for AI coding assistants.

I want it to take a project’s README or other docs, analyze how well they work for tools like Claude and Copilot, then rewrite them into clearer, more question based docs that are easier for LLMs to understand and use. It should also generate an llms.txt file for the project, and include some kind of quality scoring so I can see before and after improvement.

Please make it feel like a real Claude Code skill, with a simple way to install and use it, and include helpful examples for optimizing docs and creating llms.txt. If you need to check the latest docs or best practices online, go ahead and look them up.
