Build me a self hosted app that lets me run a small company of AI agents from my own machine. I want to create agents with roles like developer, ops, and researcher, give each one an email address, and have them collaborate like teammates. There should be a simple onboarding flow that detects my local setup, connects the machine, and gets the company running, then opens a local dashboard in the browser.

In the app, I want an org chart view, shared inbox style email, a kanban board for tasks, and a calendar so agents can manage recurring work and reminders. Agents should be able to pick up tasks, update progress, talk to each other, and keep memory from past work so they improve over time. Please keep it local first so my code stays on my machine, but still feel always on. I also want clear logs of what each agent was told, decided, and replied with. Support bringing my own coding agents, especially Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode. Look up current docs online if you need to.
