Build me a polished markdown publishing app called Md to Web. I want writers to be able to turn a local markdown file into a beautiful web page, with a dark premium glassy look, clay and terracotta accents, and really clean typography.

It should have a distraction free web editor for writing or editing markdown, automatic page titles when the user doesn’t provide one, and a simple way to publish from the terminal like md-to-web deploy my-story.md with an optional custom title. Add login and a browser based device linking flow so someone can connect their terminal to their account securely.

Please use the existing stack in this repo, Next app, Tailwind styling, Prisma with SQLite, Better Auth, and the Bun based CLI. Make it feel fast and elegant, not like a generic blog. Follow the design direction in the README and DESIGN file, and look up current docs online if needed.
