Build me a browser based tool for making animated product mockups and teaser videos. I want to upload an image or video of my product, drop it into a phone or device frame, crop and reposition it, and choose from a bunch of mockups. Let me style the scene with gradient backgrounds, add text and extra images, and pick start and end animation presets with adjustable duration and easing.

It should feel like a simple visual editor on a canvas, with controls for frame rate, resolution, and export format so I can render the final animation right in the browser. Please include a decent set of device frames, around the 20 plus mentioned in the project, and make the export usable for marketing clips.

Also make it easy to self host. If auth is needed, wire it so I can swap in my own Firebase config, and if there is any subscription billing, keep it optional or easy to remove. Look up current docs online if you need to.
