Build me a browser extension called Omni that feels like a quick command bar for Chrome and Firefox.

I want to press a keyboard shortcut and get a clean popup where I can search and act on my tabs, bookmarks, and browsing history without leaving the page. It should let me type things like tabs, bookmarks, history, actions, and remove, then show matching results fast so I can switch tabs, open pages, close tabs, or delete bookmarks. Make it dark mode friendly, simple to use, and usable with just the keyboard.

Also include a handful of useful browser actions like pinning, muting, bookmarking, and other productivity shortcuts, plus a few integrations or special commands if that fits naturally. I’d like it to work locally too, so it should be easy to load unpacked for Chrome and as a temporary add on for Firefox.
