am32-firmware/am32 ? reverse-engineered prompt

Help me get this AM32 ESC firmware building cleanly from this repo and make the setup as easy as possible for someone who just wants to compile it for the right STM32 board.

I’d like a working build path for the supported targets, plus clear steps in the README for choosing the right project, building it, and flashing it onto an ESC. If anything in the build scripts or project files is broken or confusing, please fix it. Also, if you see places where the instructions could be simpler for beginners, update those too.

Keep the firmware behavior the same, just make the project easier to build and use. If you need current MCU or toolchain details, look up the latest docs online first.
