Build me a Claude skill that helps me tailor my resume to a job description using my existing markdown resume library.

I want it to research the role and the company, find the most relevant real experience from my notes, score how good the fit is, and then generate a truthful resume that matches the job without making anything up. It should work for one job at a time and also for a small batch of jobs if I give it a few listings.

Keep it self contained and easy to install as a skill, with the main instructions in SKILL.md. Assume I already have my resume material in markdown, and make the workflow simple enough that I can paste in a job description and get back a tailored version of my resume. If you need to look up current docs or best practices online, feel free to do that.
