Build me a local first personal AI assistant for my Mac that feels like a private Jarvis.

I want to be able to talk to it, have it answer back, look at my screen or camera when needed, remember important things across sessions, and help me with everyday tasks like managing notes, research, code, and commands on my machine. It should run mostly locally, use local models when possible, and only fall back to cloud models if I explicitly allow it.

Please make it feel like a real desktop app with a clean dashboard, voice interaction, a memory layer, tool use, and a way to route requests to the right model or helper.
