Build me a web app for HermesHub, a public registry where people can browse, search, and list AI agents that follow the ARD standard.

I want a clean site where users can discover agents by capability, keyword, and category, view an agent card, and submit their own agent either for free through a public manifest or through a hosted listing flow.
