Build me a custom Claude skill called God Mode that turns the agent into a full software company for building real projects.

I want one skill file that can take a simple prompt like build me a CLI expense tracker or rebuild my auth module, then run a serious process around it, with planning, rival builds, testing, security checks, performance checks, and a final ship gate that only passes if the code is actually proven to work. It should keep track of budget and progress, recheck dependencies over time, and save useful lessons so future builds get smarter.

Make it feel opinionated and production focused, not like a toy demo. Include a few example prompts and whatever setup is needed so I can drop it into Claude and use it right away. If you need to look up current docs online to make it work well, do that.
