Build me a jailbreak app called Showcase that turns a cellular iPad into a wireless CarPlay receiver for an iPhone.

The iPhone should pair through Settings, connect to the iPad hotspot, discover the receiver over Bluetooth and AirPlay, then send the CarPlay screen to the iPad. The iPad app should show the incoming H.264 video stream and forward single finger touch input back to the phone. It needs to handle the CarPlay setup flow, including iAP2, pairing, authentication, WiFi handoff, RTSP control, timing, events, and encrypted stream decryption.

Please make it work for rootful iOS 12 to 14 and rootless iOS 15 to 17 jailbreaks, with Debian packaging for Sileo, Cydia, and Zebra. Include the BTstack takeover pieces needed while the receiver is running, install scripts, app icon, logs, and a build script that can compile and install on a jailbroken iPad over SSH.
