Build me an Arabic first, mobile friendly SaaS for cafés, restaurants, and food trucks in the Gulf called دكان.

I want users to sign up with email and password, create their store, then get guided through onboarding so they can add branding, products, branches, tables, and staff. After setup, they should see a simple dashboard checklist and be able to generate QR codes for tables. The public menu should open from a shareable link using the store slug and table slug, and customers should be able to place orders from there.

Please make it multi tenant so each store only sees its own data, and keep all public writes secure through server side APIs, not directly from the browser. I also want live order updates for the kitchen and POS, plus a basic installable PWA feel.

Use the existing Supabase setup, strict TypeScript, Tailwind styling, and the Arabic RTL design direction from the README. If you need to check current docs for anything, feel free to look them up online.
