Build me a highly customizable status bar for Windows 11, written in Python. I want it to sit cleanly at the top or bottom of the screen and feel like a modern replacement or companion to the normal taskbar. It should be easy to change the theme, colors, spacing, icons, and which widgets are shown without editing the core code.

Please include a solid first set of widgets: clock and date, active window title, battery, brightness, Bluetooth, CPU, memory, GPU, disk, network traffic, media controls, weather, notifications, system tray, app launcher, taskbar buttons, notes, todo, Pomodoro, recycle bin, and a power menu.
