Build me a lightweight Android app that works like a Rofi style launcher, with a swipe up feel and a clean search screen for quickly opening installed apps.

I want a simple, fast interface that shows the apps I use most, keeps the top 5 frequent apps easy to tap, and filters the full app list live as I type. If I press Enter, it should launch the best matching app right away. Please make the search bar look stylish with a subtle animated RGB effect, and have a ghost mode so the search field is focused automatically and the keyboard opens as soon as the app appears.

It should feel privacy focused and not run unnecessary background stuff. If possible, let it support a few shortcut style app entries too. I’d like it to be easy to set up with a launcher gesture, and if you need to check any current Android docs online, go ahead and do that.
