Build me a personal pi config repo that I can copy pieces from into my own setup, not a single installable package.

I want a small collection of useful agent extensions and skills for everyday coding work, like asking me questions in a popup, blocking dangerous shell commands, browsing the web, fetching pages as clean markdown, searching the web, and a browser tool the agent can use to inspect pages and debug frontend issues. Also include a few helper skills for reading PDFs, getting YouTube transcripts, and looking through past sessions for patterns and costs.

Make it feel like a real working config for a coding agent, with clear notes on what each piece does and how to copy it into my local pi folder. If some parts need extra setup, mention that right where they live. Keep the big experimental pieces separate and easy to ignore.
