Build me SERS, a smart educational services platform for teachers, school staff, and admins. I want it to feel like a polished graduation project SaaS, mainly Arabic first with English support, RTL and LTR, dark and light mode, and a responsive modern dashboard.

The app should let users sign up and log in, browse an educational template store, search, preview, buy, download PDFs, rate templates, and fill templates in an interactive editor. Include AI help for filling forms, analyzing student results, suggesting plans, generating certificates, and offering a smart chat assistant. Users should be able to save work automatically and export as PDF or image.

Add wallet payments, Stripe checkout, coupons, referrals, custom template requests, community voting, notifications, and a full admin panel for templates, users, requests, reports, services, coupons, and settings.

Use the stack from the project, Laravel backend, Next.js TypeScript frontend, MySQL, Firebase Firestore, Groq AI, and Stripe. Look up current docs online if needed and make it runnable locally with demo accounts.
