Build me a desktop app that scans my local network and shows every device it can find in a clean old school Windows XP style interface.

It should automatically detect the current network segment, let me scan common ranges or custom IP ranges, and then discover hosts with ping, read their MAC address and vendor, and check open TCP and UDP ports. I want results to appear live as they are found, not only after the scan finishes. It should have a fast mode for quick discovery, a full mode for deeper scans, and a custom mode for choosing port ranges.

Please also make it keep previous results, refresh known devices in the background, and mark hosts as online or offline over time. I want easy copying from rows, plus export to CSV and JSON. It should remember the last scan when I reopen it, work on Windows, macOS, and Linux, and not require root. If you need current docs for anything, look them up online.
