Build me a polished, modern creative portfolio site for a studio, agency, designer, or freelancer, with a matching admin CMS so I can update everything without editing code. I want a premium responsive design with a dark look, a strong homepage, featured work, portfolio categories and individual projects, owner profile, testimonials, FAQs, pricing, contact page, navigation, footer, branding, theme settings, and SEO controls.

Please make the public site feel production ready and image focused, and make the CMS available at /cms with proper sign in and admin access.
