Build me a small Windows Python tool for Aesir Launcher users that quietly runs in the background and updates Discord Rich Presence automatically. I want it to watch for Aesir Launcher and Minecraft opening and closing, then only show a Discord status while they are actually running, and clear it on its own when they are closed.

Let me set my Minecraft username in one obvious place so the app can pull my skin head image from the web and use it in the Discord presence. It should also show a small Aesir logo, feel dynamic, and work for both premium and offline users.

Please make it lightweight and safe, so if Discord is closed or reconnecting it does not crash and just keeps waiting in the background. I also want a simple bat file I can double click to start it silently without leaving a terminal window open.
