I want you to turn this into a clean WordPress starter theme I can actually use for new client sites. It should feel lightweight, modern, and organized, with reusable templates, a solid theme setup, and a simple way to manage styles and scripts during development and production. Use the Twig based view approach that is already implied here, keep the PHP side tidy, and make sure the asset workflow works with live reloading in development and a proper production build.

Please wire up the theme so I can install dependencies, copy the example env file into a real one, activate the theme in WordPress, and start developing right away. Add a basic but polished foundation, like a homepage template, shared layout pieces such as header and footer, and one or two example components so it is obvious how to keep building on top of it.
