Build me a Claude Code setup that makes one person feel like they have a whole product team behind them.

I want a simple installable project with a bunch of slash commands and role based helpers for things like planning, design review, engineering review, QA, security checks, release help, and retros. It should be easy to drop into a repo, easy to update, and work across different AI coding tools where possible. The main goal is to help me go from idea to shipped feature with less back and forth, better reviews, and fewer sloppy mistakes.

Please make the onboarding really smooth, with clear setup steps, good defaults, and a way to add it to a project so teammates can use it too. If you need to look up current docs online while building, do that. Focus on making it feel practical and opinionated, like a real system someone would actually use every day.
