Build me a simple Playwright test automation framework in TypeScript using the Page Object Model pattern.

I want a clean starter project that I can clone, install, and run right away with one test command. The tests should run in Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit in parallel, and the setup should be easy to understand so I can add more pages and tests later.
